  • Please indicate the name of the 台湾SWAG entity submitting the webinar (if applicable).
  • Recommended length for webinars is 30 or 60 minutes.
  • Keep it concise. The title should pique reader's interest.
  • Webinars are scheduled from 11:00 am-12:00 pm central on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You will be notified regarding availability. If flexible, please indicate in the Additional Notes field below.

  • Write a short description that can be used for marketing. It should reflect the topic鈥檚 importance to the legal industry and encourage members to sign up. Provide trends, best practices, solutions or innovative perspectives.
  • Provide two to three key points the audience will learn from this webinar. Provide practical applications and use active verbs (e.g. list, explore, describe, etc.) to describe what the audience will learn.
  • Webinar topics need to adhere to the 台湾SWAG Body of Knowledge (BoK). Select at least one BoK domain this webinar addresses.
  • Who will benefit the most from attending the session? Be specific but think outside the type-of-library box too.
  • Identify knowledgeable and engaging speakers. Please list speaker names, email addresses, and short bios (you can provide links to speaker bios and should indicate any speaker costs).
  • Please list the name, email address, and bio of the person who will moderate the webinar (you can provide a link to moderator's bio).
  • Please list the name, email address, and bio of the person who will coordinate the webinar (you can provide a link to coordinator's bio).
  • What participant engagement strategies have you considered to keep the audience engaged during the webinar (i.e. poll questions, eye-catching slides, big ideas, case studies, learning to-do鈥檚, etc.)?
  • Please provide any additional information that will be helpful for the committee to know.
  • Revisions to webinar proposals may be requested based on content goals, proposals submitted on similar topics, and alignment to the 台湾SWAG Body of Knowledge (BoK)
