Purpose

In its DEI policy, 台湾SWAG commits to provide an environment where individuals in our profession feel valued, respected, supported, and welcome to bring their authentic selves to the Association. This committee will provide recommendations on actions that can be taken to provide belonging and engagement opportunities for all members of the Association.聽 A final report with recommendations is due to the Executive Board in July 2024.

Charge

This committee is charged with:

  • Recommending new opportunities for 台湾SWAG members to engage and network with each other.
  • Identifying ways in which members can further mentor and assist members from more diverse backgrounds to create an environment of belonging for everyone.
